We are looking to recruit Apprentice Retail Parts Advisors to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic and proactive individual with fantastic communication skills who strives to progress on the career ladder. COMPANY OVERVIEW

The Mercedes-Benz Apprentice Academy has been in place since 1995 and since then over 1,500 of our apprentices have graduated from the scheme. Recruitment of apprentices is increasing by 30 per cent year-on-year. As a further sign of investment in the programme the Mercedes-Benz National Apprentice Academy recently moved to a £3 million state-of-the-art facility at our UK Headquarters in Milton Keynes. This is where apprentices will gain the skills and knowledge they need to develop their chosen field. As an apprentice, you'll earn whilst you learn and work with experienced coaches and mentors within our vibrant operational workshops.

The role of an Apprentice Retail Parts Advisor

  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers both in person and over the phone
  • Developing relationships with other departments
  • Preparing orders
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Stock Control/ Management
  • Processing Warranty Claims and Payments
  • Identifying Parts
  • Business development/ Planning
  • Marketing and Visual Merchandising
  • Forecasting and Budgeting
  • Managing logistics including organising and arranging deliveries
